Holistique

A clinic’s entire technology, rebuilt and looked after by one local team.

Holistique is Dr. Darvish’s clinic. After paying thousands for a slow, hard-to-maintain website, they came to us to rebuild it, and we now look after the clinic’s entire technology: its network, backups, and physical security, plus the patient, email, and staff systems that all finally work together.

The challenge

Holistique, Dr. Darvish’s clinic, had paid a previous contractor thousands of dollars for a website that turned out slow and hard to maintain. Beyond the site, the clinic’s systems didn’t talk to each other: patient records, email, contacts, and staff management were all separate, and there was no single team looking after the clinic’s technology, security, and backups.

What we did

01

A faster, easier website

We rebuilt the clinic’s website on a modern foundation, so it loads quickly and is simple to keep current, in place of the slow, costly one they had.

02

Systems that finally talk to each other

We connected the clinic’s patient records with its email, contact, and staff systems, so information flows between them automatically instead of being re-entered by hand.

03

Staff management, set up and supported

We set up the clinic’s staff and HR system and help manage it day to day, along with several of their other tools.

04

Their whole network, managed

We look after the clinic’s IT: the network, the devices, and the support behind them, so the team can focus on patients instead of technology.

05

Security and backups that hold

We added physical security and set up reliable backups, so the clinic and its patient records stay protected.

The result

  • A fast, easy-to-update website in place of a slow, costly one.
  • Patient, email, contact, and staff systems that work together instead of in isolation.
  • Their staff and HR system deployed and managed for them.
  • The clinic’s network, devices, and support handled by one local team.
  • Physical security and dependable backups protecting the clinic and its records.
